Ann Salyer Cox is a lifelong resident of the Oklahoma City and Edmond area and has witnessed firsthand the remarkable growth and transformation of the community over the years. From the revitalization of downtown OKC to the expansion of Edmond and the surrounding metro, she has seen the area evolve into one of the most vibrant and desirable places to live in Oklahoma while still maintaining the sense of community and hospitality that makes it feel like home. Her deep roots, local knowledge, and genuine passion for the area give her a unique perspective when helping clients buy and sell real estate.

Ann has lived in the OKC area for more than 50 years. Her wide range of experiences working directly with people has provided this Edmond native with the skill set of a highly qualified agent. After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma, she taught school for eight years.  She applies those teaching skills to help educate and guide her real estate clients throughout the process. Ann’s previous careers also include owning and managing her own businesses, serving as an insurance agent, and working as a private investigator. “The knowledge I gained from these experiences provides me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate,” Ann explains.

As a proud agent with Chinowth & Cohen Realtors, Ann works with buyers and sellers in residential, relocation, and luxury real estate transactions throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. A full-service Realtor since 2017, she has received sales awards every year of her career and was especially honored to receive the Leadership Award, an achievement voted on by her peers. Ann attributes her success to her problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, compassion, patience, and positive attitude. “I am with my buyers and sellers every step of the way,” Ann says. “I am available whenever I am needed during the transaction from beginning to end.”
